B1Oraciones de relativo15 min

Oraciones de relativo: who, which, that, where

Relative clauses: who, which, that, where

She speaks five languages. se convierte en I have a friend who speaks five languages.

PalabraSe usa paraEjemplo
whopeopleThe woman who lives next door is a pilot.
whichthings and animalsThe bus which goes to the airport leaves from here.
thatpeople or things (more informal)Is this the key that opens the garage?
whereplacesThat's the café where we first met.
whosepossession (his, her, their)I know a boy whose father is a chef.

  • The film (that) we watched last night was very long. (object: you can leave it out)
  • The man who called you is waiting outside. (subject: it must stay)
  • This is the town where my grandmother grew up.
  • Kofi, who works at the hospital, is very busy this week. (extra information, with commas)
