Write a short description of your house or flat: the rooms, the things in them and your favourite place.
A description helps the reader to see a place in their head. When you describe your home, start with the type of home and where it is. Then talk about the rooms and say what is in them. Finish with your favourite room and say why you like it.

I live in a flat in the centre of Porto. It is on the third floor and it is not very big.
There are four rooms: a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is small, but it has a big window. In the living room there is a blue sofa and there are a lot of plants.
My favourite room is the bedroom because it is quiet and I can read there.
