Describing trends and change

تعلّم أفعالًا وظروفًا وصفات لوصف كيف تتغير الأرقام مع الوقت، كما في التقارير ووصف الرسوم البيانية.

كثيرًا ما تطلب منك التقارير والعروض التقديمية ومهام الامتحانات وصف كيف تغيّر شيء ما مع الوقت. وبدل تكرار went up وwent down، يمكنك استخدام أفعال دقيقة مع ظروف أو صفات توضح مدى كبر التغيّر أو سرعته.

riseفعل
الارتفاع؛ أن يصبح أعلى أو أكبرThe number of cyclists in the city rose by 15% last year.
declineفعل
