Aiko: Right, we need to decide on the team day before Friday. There are eighteen of us, and the budget is thirty pounds per person. Kofi, you had an idea?

Kofi: I did. What about a boat trip on the river? There's a company near the station that does two-hour tours.

Sofia: It sounds lovely, but I checked their prices last year. It's about forty-five pounds each, so it's well over our budget.

Kofi: Oh, that's a shame. What about a cooking class instead? We could all make lunch together.

Aiko: That could work, but the kitchen only takes twelve people, so we'd have to split the group. And the whole point is to do something together.

Sofia: How about the puzzle rooms in the old library building? Teams of six have an hour to solve a series of clues. It's twenty pounds each, so there'd still be money left for lunch.

Kofi: Oh, I've done one of those! It was brilliant, and it gets people talking to colleagues they don't normally work with.

Aiko: Great. So, puzzle rooms in the morning and lunch afterwards. Which day suits people better, Thursday the twentieth or Friday the twenty-first?

Sofia: Thursday, I think. Quite a few people leave early on Fridays.

Aiko: Thursday it is, then. Sofia, could you book the rooms? Kofi, can you send round a short form asking what people would like for lunch? I'll tell our manager this afternoon.

Kofi: No problem. I'll send it out today.
