Receptionist: Good morning, Seaview Hotel. How can I help you?

Tomás: Hello. I'd like to book a room for next weekend, please. Two nights, Friday and Saturday.

Receptionist: Of course. Would you like a single or a double room?

Tomás: A double, please. It's for me and my wife.

Receptionist: Let me check. Yes, we have a double room with a garden view. It's ninety-five euros a night, and breakfast is included.

Tomás: That sounds fine. Do you have parking? We're coming by car.

Receptionist: Yes, parking is free for guests. Can I have your name, please?

Tomás: It's Tomás Reyes. That's R, E, Y, E, S.

Receptionist: Thank you, Mister Reyes. What time will you arrive on Friday?

Tomás: Quite late, I'm afraid. Probably around nine in the evening.

Receptionist: That's no problem. Reception is open until midnight. And breakfast is from seven to ten.

Tomás: Perfect. Oh, one more thing. Is the hotel far from the beach?

Receptionist: Not at all. It's a three-minute walk. I'll send you an email to confirm the booking.

Tomás: Great. Thanks very much.
