TOEIC-style: Incomplete sentences
Independent practice in the style of TOEIC incomplete-sentence questions, not an official test: choose the word that completes short workplace sentences.
In this task type, each sentence has one missing word or phrase. You choose the best answer from four options. The sentences come from everyday work situations: emails, meetings, orders and schedules. Some questions test grammar, such as verb forms, pronouns and word forms. Others test vocabulary, such as words that often go together at work.
| Clue near the gap | You probably need | Example |
