  2. I’m busy looking for work.“Busy” plus an -ing form says what someone is spending time on.
  3. Anna, I was working on that crossword puzzle.“Was working” describes an action in progress in the past.
  4. And I want you to be completely honest.“Want you to be” tells someone what you would like. “Completely” means totally.
  5. I didn't speak to anybody the entire time!“Didn’t… anybody” means no person. “The entire time” means the whole time.
