TOEIC-style: Reading notices and short emails
Name:Date:
Independent practice in the style of TOEIC reading questions, not an official test: read a workplace notice and a short email, then answer questions about them.
Notice to all staff: Car park repairs
The staff car park behind the main building will be closed from Monday 12 May to Wednesday 14 May. Workers will repaint the lines and repair the lights.
During these three days, staff can park at the Greenhill Sports Centre on Station Road. The sports centre is a ten-minute walk from our building. A free minibus will also run between the sports centre and our main entrance every 15 minutes from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Staff who cycle to work can still use the bicycle shelter next to the side entrance.
If you have a disability parking permit, please contact Ines Moreau in Facilities before Friday 9 May. We will keep five spaces for you at the front of the building.
Thank you for your patience.

Subject: Next week's team meeting
Hi everyone,
Because of the car park repairs next week, some of you may arrive a little later than usual. For this reason, I have moved the start time of our weekly team meeting on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:30. We will meet in Room 4B on the fourth floor, not in our usual room, because visitors from our office in Lisbon are using it all day.
Please bring the sales figures for April. Kofi will also show the designs for the new summer brochure, so the meeting will be longer than usual, about an hour and a half.
If you cannot come, please let me know by Monday afternoon.
Thanks,
Aiko
