Notice: third-floor renovation

Work on the renovation of the third floor is (1) ___ to begin on Monday, 6 May, and should take approximately three weeks. During this period, the third-floor meeting rooms will be closed, and employees who normally work on that floor will (2) ___ to temporary desks on the first floor.

As you will have read in the notice from Facilities, our team will be working on the first floor for three weeks from 6 May. To make the move as smooth as possible, please pack the items on your desk into the boxes provided (6) ___ the end of the day on Friday, 3 May. Label each box clearly with your name and desk number.
